By booking an event with Track Obsession, you agree that your vehicle is fit for purpose, to an MOT standard, mechanically sound and safe.
By booking an event with Track Obsession, you agree that your vehicle will comply with the noise requirements and any other requirements of the event. Failure to follow any of these rules may see you removed from the event without a refund.
To book your place on any event, full payment must be made. A place is not reserved until you have made full payment. The price payable will be the price applicable to that event on the date of payment, not the date of order.
Track Obsession reserves the right to refuse to cancel any bookings.
Track Obsession reserves the right to alter the price of any booking or product without prior notice.
Cancellations;
If you choose to cancel your attendance at an event or wish to alter the event you will be attending. Please contact sales@trackobsession.co.uk with your name, booking number and request.
For a credit
– 7 days prior (or more) to the event, a credit will be issued
– Less than 7 days prior to the event, no credits will be issued.
For a refund
– 7 days prior (or more) to the event, a refund will be issued minus an 18% (of your total booking value) administration fee
– Less than 7 days prior to the event, no refunds will be issued
To change the booking to another driver;
Email Sales@trackobsession.co.uk with your name and booking reference number
Plus the following details;
New driver name
New car make and model
New driver email
New driver mobile number
Only the person who made the original booking is authorised to request any changes to be made and all requests must be made in writing.
When renting a Track Car from Track Obsession, a specific car hire T&C must be signed and completed for each driver wishing to take part. The guidelines highlighted in this document are to be followed and adhered to at all times. This will be shared around 3 weeks before the event, but can be shared earlier. Within this document, it highlights cancellation policies, optional extras, as well as expectations.
Season Pass bookings are not able to name changes.
Season Pass bookings that cannot be attended are not able to be attended and notified more than 7 business days prior to the event are viable for a non-transferable credit only.
All credits and refunds are solely at the discretion of Track Obsession.
Under exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Track Obsession (for example adverse weather conditions), Track Obsession reserve the right to either cancel the event, circuit layout or event format without prior notice. Where an event is cancelled in its entirety for such reasons Track Obsession will endeavour to notify participants of cancellation prior to the date of the event. Track Obsession will give participants a credit note to be used against a future track day.
Any credits applied to any account, will be valid for a 6 month period from when they were issued.
Track Obsession withholds the right to remove credit from any account at any time without notice.
If Track Obsession cancels an event for reasons other than events beyond its control, a full refund will be offered.
Track Obsession or its agents cannot be held responsible if your choice of event is unavailable or unsuitable.
All drivers must be aged 18 years or over and bring both parts of a full UK Driving license to signing on. Photocopies will not be accepted
All drivers and passengers must wear full-body clothing and a helmet complying with current BSI standards (includes BS6658 Type A)
Passengers must be aged 16 years or over.
Safety devices (eg seat belts/harnesses) must be used by both driver and passenger.
No driver or passenger shall consume or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time during the event. Track Obsession reserve the right to refuse access to the track to any driver or passenger suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No refund or credit will be given in such circumstances.
Motorsport is dangerous! It is a condition of admittance that you and your passengers will be required to sign a Drivers or Passengers Risk Awareness Form prior to entering the pit-lane. This does mean that you accept full responsibility for any personal injury or damage to your own vehicle, howsoever caused. This indemnity will not apply to such liabilities etc, which have been established to have been due to the negligence of Track Obsession or its Servants or Agents.
Track days are not competitive and are non-timed events. Lap timing on track days is strictly prohibited and may result in you being ejected from an event.
Vehicles will NOT be permitted to use slick tyres unless fitted with suitable roll-over protection.
By booking with Track Obsession, you accept that you may be photographed and filmed for the use on our website and social media. Therefore images may appear without your prior consent.
